Shipping Your Purchases
Shipping via Courier
We try to keep everything simple. We charged a FLAT SHIPPING FEES for all our products. Estimated time is mentioned in each product; it says "Ship within: [n] working day(s)". Usually if you are located within the urban area, you should be receiving the goods within one week.
SPEQZONE currently only shipped within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak) as long as our courier partner is able to reach you.
Collect at Center
Some of the products sold at SPEQZONE are collectable at designated sports center. You are required to facilitate your purchase Reference ID and Security Code when you do your collection at the designated Sports center. Your Identification Card is required for validation as well.
Important Things to note
  1. You must choose either the goods to be shipped or to be collected at the center. Upon deciding the method, you are not allowed to change.
  2. If you chosen to collect at Center, you can only collect at the designated Sports Center. You are not allow to collect your goods else where regardless of their stock availability.

Returning A Product
All products sold at SPEQZONE are inspected before shipping out but we cannot stop from the bad apple from slipping through. If you require to do a return, here are the steps you need to follow:
  1. Send us an email ( mentioning that the product you received is not in good condition.
  2. Please make sure you quote your purchases Reference ID for faster process. Usually we will be in contact with you within 1-2 working days either via email or telephone. We will guide you through the process.
Important Things to Note.
  1. Used items are not able to return.
  2. Items that you have received more than 14 days are not returnable even though it still in your post box.
  3. Non defect item are not returnable too. We are pretty sure you know, returned item hardly make it back to the selling shelves.
  4. You might need to pay your own shipping fees for returning the goods.
  5. We may have a right of action against you for compensation for the goods you returns.
  6. Items that are defect and already examine by us, you can either have the item exchange for a new one, reimbursement via vouchers of the amount paid for the item or full refund of money paid to your payment method you used for that purchases. Consideration is upon the speed of each reimbursement method.
